Rubber mat PU sports court (tennis court)

A base layer of 4-10 mm prefabrivated rubber mat is laid, a 2-5 mm PU floor coatings spread on its top, and then a matt finish and a matt line marking are applied. The system provides athletes with an uniform and comfort resilient surface with excellent characteristics of consistent point shock-absorption, high ball-rebound ability, and non glare surface under illumination. Suitable for multi-purpose indoor sport surfaces.

This rubber mat is ideal for sports surface application. It is designed for incredible durability, slip-spike and blade-resistance. Used for sport rubber flooring around ice rinks, weight rooms and other high-impact environment.

1. Brush transparent bond to pretect the foundation from water up moving.
2. Spread PU Adhesive.
3. Pave our JD- rubber mat in roll size.
4. Press the seam of rubber mats to insure the stability.
5. Use instant glue to stick some uneven spots of the seam...
6. Pave PU Layer.
7. Draw the line. Finish the surface and complete the installation.
