Two layer elastic PU sports court (tennis court)
Base layer of a 5-10 mm thickness rubber granule installed in site, and 2-5mm solid PU sealed on top layer. Highly resilient, comfortable to walk and run, sunlight-stable, dust-free, water impermeable, and easy to clean,all these features make the system suitable for jogging tracks,walk ways and other outdoor sports surface.
1. Brush transparent bond to pretect the foundation from water up moving.
2. Lay the blended ruber granules.
3. Press the layer and make it even.
4. Seal the rubber layer.
5. PU layer and finish the surface.
6.Draw the line.
